The all-new Touareg was selected ‘Best Midsize Premium SUV’ while the Teramont stood as ‘Best Midsize SUV’ during the 6th edition of the Middle East Car of the Year (MECOTY) Awards Ceremony last night. Volkswagen Middle East’s Product Manager, Jigar Rajani received the awards on behalf of the brand.

The Volkswagen Touareg was recognised as the most premium flagship model. With its state-of-the-art technology, premium design, and high level of utility value, the all-new Touareg brought home ‘Best Midsize Premium SUV’ from MECOTY’s 6^th regional automotive ceremony. The Teramont, the brand’s first 7-seater vehicle also received remarkable response and secured ‘Best Midsize SUV’.
