How often does the car need to get serviced?

Every 15,000km or 1 year (whichever comes first).

When shall you bring in your car for a Body and Paint Service?

In case of any damage to the body including dents, scratches and stone chips. We also offer paintwork care which is a deep polishing to maintain the original shine for many years.

How often should you come in for an Air Conditioning System Service?

We recommend having your air-conditioning system checked every 12 months, especially before the summer heat begins to intensify.

We inspect and measure the brake pad wear level. If the pads or discs are worn or corroded we will let you know so we can arrange to replace them. We will also check your brake fluid quality and advise you accordingly.

When shall you bring in your car for a Brake System Service?

Brake pads and discs are part of the visual point check when you bring in your car for any service and should be checked at least once a year. Should you experience any unusual driving handling, for example vibration and noise during braking, please contact your authorized Volkswagen service centre immediately. Brake fluid replacement is required every 2 years or 30,000km.

When shall you bring in your car for a Wheel Alignment Service?

In general we recommend a wheel alignment service every 1 year/10,000km or whenever you notice any unusual driving behaviour like the vehicle pulling to one side. In addition the service should be performed after each tire replacement.
